❋ LGBTQIA+ Affirming

She creates an affirming space which is committed to supporting LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families with compassion and respect — every part of your identity is welcome here.

❋ Relational

Jessica is not about “fixing” her clients, she’s  about making space for all of their parts to be seen, heard, and empowered to grow.

Jessica is an experienced clinician, specializing in Trauma, LGBTQ+, Couples, Anxiety and more.

Below are some of her qualifications.

Master’s degree in Marriage, Family and Child Counseling from SFSU

Jessica's graduate training at SF State shaped the way she shows up in the therapy room — with a deep belief that you can't fully understand a person without understanding the world they come from. Her education grounded her in seeing clients as whole human beings: shaped by their families, relationships, cultural roots, and the larger systems and life experiences that have formed them.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Levels 1 & 2

Helping couples and individuals reconnect with themselves and the people they love — by exploring the deeper emotions and attachment needs beneath everyday conflict and disconnection.

Bachelor's in Sociology and Human Services, Westmont College

Studying sociology gave Jessica a foundation for something she carries into every session: the belief that who we are is deeply shaped by the world around us. She looks closely at the systems, language, and cultural forces that influence how we see ourselves and how we connect with others. That curiosity about what it means to be human is at the heart of how she practices today.

Narrative Therapy Training

We all carry stories about who we are — some given to us by family, culture, or painful experiences. Narrative therapy creates space to examine those stories, loosen the ones that no longer serve you, and begin writing new ones.
