Jesse Hewit

AMFT #145434

“Jesse collaborates with his clients to help them find creative solutions and insights. He has a real ability to be present, kind and guiding with people as they navigate dark times.”

❋ Slow and Attuned

Jesse listens closely to how you understand yourself and your challenges, as a way of beginning the work from wherever you are and however you sense what might need support or attention.

❋ Direct

Sitting squarely with what is happening for/in you, and moving the work forward by naming and questioning existing patterns, habits, and frameworks.

❋ Experimental

He approaches the therapeutic process knowing that methods and paths for creating shifts might not look how we first imagined them to look, and prioritizes staying open to being somewhat surprised about what might be needed.

❋ Relational

Jesse is truly himself with you, as a way of inviting more caring risk and relationality into the work, and allowing you to practice being truly with yourself while also with others.
